I feel like I need to replace my cookware (which I'm not even sure if it's non stick or not, but none of it feels like it was expensive, so i'm thinking it's got PFAS). Can you recommend any good cookware and/or brands? Also any suggestions if you want to cut out processed foods but want something salty and crunchy?
Hi! I use a dutch oven a bunch (I think its a Sur La Table brand) and stainless steel sauce pans. (Made In, it's good for the price point, but could upgrade to All-Clad). For frying pans I exclusively use cast iron (just Lodge, no need for anything fancier!).
I'm assuming you mean salty crunchy snacks? Stove top popcorn, roasted and salted nuts, savory granola, buttered sourdough toast, sourdough discard crackers. Some brands also make potato chips with avocado oil. 💚

Our main rice cooker for the last few years was def the Instant Pot!
So jealous you went to Otherside! We wanted to go in July but it’s really far from where I grew up so too inconvenient 😩
It was fab! You’ll have to go some time.
