It’s been quiet around here because I’ve been busy. I’m excited to share that I’m launching a new (additional!) newsletter called Saltine.1
On Saltine, I’ll be writing about fashion, interiors, and design. I started publishing Home Food because so few people were writing about food and cooking in the way I was thinking about them—this, too, is the motivation for Saltine.
In case you don’t know, I’m an art director. My life revolves around how things look and why they look like they do. How things look, feel, and work is, not to be dramatic, one of the most important things in the world. This is ultimately why I’m a designer, not a fine artist—I like beautiful usefulness.
If you like Home Food, I think you’ll find a lot to love in Saltine.
The first Saltine letter is about what happens when you set out to find one thing (a wall hook) and how quickly it can descend into madness. Sign up here:
What’s to come? Letters on (good!) free fonts, a three-part series on designing and planning my wedding, and much, much more!
(If you’re feeling lazy, reply to this email, and I will subscribe you!)
I will still be writing and publishing Home Food!!!!
